Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled
- The product received is different from what you ordered
- The product is missing from your order
- The packaging is tampered with or unsealed upon delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective)
- Products without original packaging and seals intact
Return Process
1.Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email (Support@manabhojanam.com), phone (+91 9884108854), or WhatsApp.
2.Provide Details & Photos
Share your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
3.Get Approval
Our team will review your request and approve the return/replacement within 24 hours.
4.Return Pickup
If required, we will arrange for pickup of the defective product at no additional cost.
5.Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- We will ship a replacement product at no additional cost
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- If the product is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or similar product
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us immediately. We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. In case of damage or loss during transit, we will investigate and provide a full refund or replacement.
