Shipping Coverage
We ship all our products across India. We deliver to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted logistics partners.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3-4 business days from the date of order confirmation
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1500
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹1500 (Metro cities)
- Other Locations: ₹100 for orders below ₹1500 (Non-metro cities and remote areas)
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status using this tracking number on our courier partner’s website.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use food-grade, tamper-proof packaging materials. Pickles and liquids are packed with extra care to prevent leakage during transit.
