Any unethical activity, false commitments, customer misrepresentation or violation of company policies may result in immediate termination of partnership without prior notice.

Commission Structure

Commission shall be paid based on company-approved sales performance.

Commission:

Commission calculations exclude GST, shipping charges and cancelled orders.

TDS & GST Conditions

Applicable TDS shall be deducted as per Income Tax Act. GST compliance shall be followed wherever applicable.

Non MLM Policy

This agreement does not permit chain-based income or illegal MLM activities. Income shall be generated only through approved business operations and genuine product sales.
